Default Is cold-start sputtering normal?

Just curious because every morning on the first cold-start of the day my 12v sputters around 1800rpms if I'm giving it too much fuel. After a few minutes or miles it warms up and doesn't sputter anymore. Just wondering what this is from and if its somethign I should worry about

Matt

With no load mine has always done it. With a load or in gear, never.

You know what thats a great question. I'll give it a try tomorrow and report back. What if it is? Does there have to be a good amount or just any amount?

Really? Why does my truck blow so much white smoke when the fuel filter is plugged?
