Default Big Airfilter

can i get the part numbers for the big air filters ya'll run,the K&N one that came with my cold air intake is fairly small, id like to have a fairly big filter but dont have alot of cash to spend right now.

part number 2729 from fleetfilter.com

K&N oiled filters suck for turbo apps btw. For that matter, for the price/flow ratio, a bhaf is the way to go.

I just ordered a fleetguard from Cummins directly and the cost was $57. That beats NAPA by at least $20.


I found a place online that will sell the Donaldson for $39, but I can't find anyone that can tell me is the seller is legit or not. I'll try to look up the link and re-post it.

Fleetfilter sold me a 2729 bhaf for like $52 shipped. Beat that

anyone run a filter like this one? AutoZone Oems Product

its a reasonable price, would this one be better then the k&n filter i have?

That autozone filter is not very big. Might not flow the CFM we need.

the K&N filter on my truck right now has been on a truck since 2004-2005 and doesent change back to the red color after cleaning it and oiling it. so it will probally be better then what i have currently till i can dig up more cash to get a real BHAF.

The k&n's are terrible if they are oiled, and so far I've yet to see a k&n that flows as much as the 2729
