Only 40psi? Why bother?
Plus an 88mm wheel seems awful big, even with a ball bearing setup. I ran an HX55 on my 98 12V for quite a while. Nice turbo, and not overly laggy either. It wasn't ideal for the street, but for 2.8" classes it was ideal.
