Default turbo housing for hx35

would a 14mm non waste gated housing be a good swap? i have a stock turbo on my 94 cummins with a boost elbow. what you guys think

well with your sig it looks like you got plenty of fuel to move that extra air and turn it into power. if you ever need to make it wastegated, an external wastegate is always an option

You have a stock WH1C or Stock HX35? The WH1C was on 94's.

The 14cm2 housing is a good housing for a mildly modified truck. A 16 might be too laggy, a 12 too hot. It all depends on your setup. I'd bet that a 14 would be good for yours.

wat ever is on the 94 stock. so that would be good to swap out it might just br a lil more lag?would it be good like it is or wood i have to waste gate it?

A stock 94 WH1C has a 12cm housing stock, A bigger housing should help cool your EGTs because they reduce back pressure it wont do anything for your boost though you gotta change the compressor to get more air flow if thats what you want check out gillettediesel.com their a shop out here that offers bigger compressor upgrades for a couple hundered bucks they also offer exhaust housings too. So you can basically build your own turbo for a hell of alot cheaper than buying one.
