body work tips?

Default body work tips?

i am doing new fenders, doors, rockers, and drivers side cab corner. any tips? i have never done panel replacement before but i thing i can handle it. anybody done either of these before? tips would be great. thanks fellas.

When you start on the body you might as well ditch the cases and go right for the keg, you'll need it.

take your time and save the beer till after u are done workin.

I can't change my oil without a beer. I guess any body work is out of the question for me

I'm sure we have some body experts here some where. AutoBody experts. Thought that should be cleared up a bit

I'm replacing the whole cab on my 94 instead of doing the rockers and cab corners. Just got the old one pulled today. I bought a cab cheaper than I could get all the replacement parts for. Made it real easy to pull the trans out today without having a cab on the truck too. When you weld in the new rockers and corners make sure you clean up all the rust and spray the inside areas with weld through primer. Chances are real good its rusted way worse than you think.

will a 90amp flux core 110v weld body panel?

take you time and by the end bondo will be your best friend done it all before it sucks but patience will pay off
