how exactly do you make your own? as far as the life it i think it will help cause on the highway when ever you let off the tc unlocks and reengages when you get on it again.

Go to Advance auto parts and get a 3 position 3 pole switch . I did mine like this - 1 pole to the chassis ground, 1 pole to the TCC lockup solenoid, 1 pole to the computer; that way you can A. Ground the TCC lockup solenoid (causing TCC lockup) B. Remove ground from TCC lockup solenoid (preventing lockup) C. Let the computer handle it (stock setting)
Do a search up of "mystery switch"

the pin you will need to connect to is the 54 pin.... its the feed that goes to the TC lockup.... just make sure you dont shift with it locked up and remember to unlock it when you slow down....

if you dont have a billet input shaft you will snap your stock one ...... thats how i took out mine...... with a billet while im drag racing i shift with it locked up it works the motor so that you can jump better.....

i just wouldnt do it until you can afford 750 for the shaft...

do you really need a billit input shaft? if you are pushing alot of power i would see that happening but idk. what you guys think if you dont flip it when at high rpms or any thing like that would i have problems with stock input shaft? i dont know how much hp i have i would say around 300 but idk.

IMO if you increase the power and need a billet converter then you should upgrade the input shaft along with it.
