If i were you, I'd save your money and just buy something to twin your hx35 with, I really havent heard good things about the Hx40's and my buddy replaced his hx35 with an H1c and doesn't like it!

HX40 is a great charger for the budget minded and will perform well. They at one time were the ones many owners used to use for performance applications(along with the larger H2E) but have been tossed aside for the S300 framed chargers which many sell today. If you decide on one of the HX40's make sure you have the wheel and cover pinned as it will allow for a longer life span.

i ordered the super hx 40 and it should be here this week. but what do you mean by getting the wheel and cover pinned? how do i get this done. i know they break shafts due to turbo bark or something and i dont want all this money to be wasted if it is going to break

If it's a super 40 it should already be pinned.

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU BY 99% OF THOSE TURBOS!!!!

https://www.dieselbombers.com/genera...rotection.html

Most those turbos are cheap chinese knock off. You know that old "if it's too good to be true..." saying, well it was made for this situation.

The only one I see in tehre I would think anout is the edge Ball Bearing turbo, Got a buddy running one and it seems to be a good towing turbo. I woudl not pay more then about $250 used for it, they are not made anymore and when they were "on sale" going out they were only like $550.

EDIT: I see you already ordered it, I would try to cancel the order. If they give you lip, canel the payment. If it shows up at your house do the right thing and send it back. If the CC company or paypal or who ever asks why, tell them they are selling counterfit parts and misrepresented themselves to you. Thsi si not about just breaking a $300 turbo but possibly destroying a $5000 engine and hurting your self or someone. Look at the video in teh post above.
