I just got off the phone with shea(extremly nice guy) more than likely gonna get him to hook me up with a suncoast extreme rebuild kit it was a really good price but i gotta go sleep on it tonight anyway . But im still tossin the idea of which tc to go with.....

 

Check with him on the cost of a Suncoast Converter. I love my Goerend and it's got the lifetime no HP/Tq limit warranty. I got it for around $1300.....but I'll never have to worry about it again.

We can get alot better prices on the Suncoast products since we are a direct dealer.

 

Just my personal experience with Goerend, super customer service, and he's too damn modest about it. I have towed over 100k miles with his tranny and triple disc TC. Towed 5000lbs.-15000lbs, 15000lbs. west of Denver up up and more up than down and up (smoked the trailer brakes though, first time I ever saw bearing grease bubble from heat). Towed a lot all over the Rockies and these little eastern hills and so far the trans. is holding up just fine. Not inexpensive, but you get what ya pay for. I would guess all the good builders have similiar prices

Thats unreal that a auto can hold like that.... Bc im so used to the junk stock one thats in mine.... But in my eyes they shouldnt of ever even thought about putting an auto behind a cummins.... Or any diesel really... Id put a eaton 5 or 6 speed behind it.... Bulletproof...
