286110? bigger bowl with low ring lands. a little lower comp. what you guys think .016 155 angle injectors?

i think so not sure yet, block is getting hot tanked have some time to decide on piston and injectors. New to cummins engines, i have tried to read up and read between bs.

 

If this is for marine, the best piston (my opinion ) 3911400 Cummins

non daily driver benched pump oring head twins. i have a large primary turbo already 3.25 inducer. engine will repower an f250. appreciate suggestions, id like to view some mahle piston diagrams.thanks

 

The more detailed you are, the better the suggestion will be. Drag racing? What model benched pump? What twins(housings)? Timing range? Hp goal?

 

just a hot rod, the pump is a 180 cpl 1863. the garrett t 18 has a 1.13 ar on turbine. not sure how much timing to run. shooting for around 700hp. havent got a small turbo yet or injectors. just got block back home from machine shop hot tanked and decked.

That Garrett T18 is old school Caterpillar, 86/111mm turbine, I would find something different. If you plan to run much timing, keep a 145° injector, for the price the 286110 is going to be hard to beat.

 

mesured comp inducer 82mm gonna try running it. its new and in my garage, had it for some time. whats cr ratio of the 286110? or am i better of with the 286050? gonna run 145 angle sdx injectors but havent decided on size. im thinking .016. turbo is an a40 model also.
