does anyone make a 5in hx40 stlye downpipe?

 

dnt think so but if they did im not sure that it would fit without beatin the firewall in

no they dont make an hx40 5 inch they run 4" the reason you can run a 5 on twins is because with the lower turbo it sits lower than stock so you can fit a 5" down there it barely fits between an nv4500 and the frame rails

 

ok so what kind of mounting flange do they use

 

the outlet on the big turbo for twins is already 5 inch. all it is is a flare peice of 5 inch pipe thats clamps to the turbo. you can have a 5 downpipe with your turbo. thats why all 5inch systems have a 4inch dp and then goes into 5 inch
