i am goin to order some sdx injectors.... which size would be best? i have... cai, 4in mbrp turbo back, 100plate, tuned afc, gauges. i am goin to get 191s wheni order the stix. i dont tow and i am goin to upgrade the turbo in the next few months. i was thinkin the sdx 2.

5x14s wont be to big with the stock turbo? i am goin to upgrade the turbo in the spring. but i still need to be able to drive the truck without melting the engine till spring.

 

5x.014's are alot of injector for a HX35.

Why spend the money now on the injectors before the charger?.

If it were me I would keep the money and buy them both at the same time.

Keeps the Cummins happy and keeps you from issues due to high EGTs.......Andy

You can slide the plate back some to control things until you get the bigger charger.

I ran 5X14s with .005 or .010 lift. I cant remember. Anyway with my stockish HX35 (non WG housing) 180 pump 100 plate 17* Goerend trans and made 426/1007 it was on the warm side but not over the top. If you detune it you should be fine.
