Default What is the best "Out Of The Box" performance P-Pump?

it looks like i will be getting a P-Pump for my truck in the near future..... what is the best out of the box performance P-Pump out there for the money?

the truck needs to be "streetable" as in being able to go to town and maybe tow something every once in a while...... the truck will be a dyno queen, and the local Honda, Mustang and Camaro's heart breaker..... dragracing is a must.... currently i have Marine 370's but am looking to upgrade to some customs once the pump is installed, maybe 5x12's or 5x14's.....

turbo is a 64/71/14 and i like to use Nitrous for that added "umph".....

what i am looking to achieve is a 450+hp and still retain some driveability.....

that being said what is out there for the taking?

any first hand experience would be appreciated....

Why dont you just send it in to Columbus Diesel Supply and have them calibrate and tweak it to the way you like and what you want to do with it

185 pump, it is a 96 3500 dodge, currently has 191's and a 100 plate and 4Kgsk's....

long story short, a friend needs a pump and is going to get mine and i am going to get a new one for my truck and send his stock 185hp 1996 pump in as a core as it no longer works........

streetable ed, streetable...i think like 1500cc's of fuel might be a tad much for towing, but it would def do some heartbreaking to the hondas

you could save your self a lot of money and just buy another 160,175,180,or 215 pump. all of which would make your goal.

numbers in my sig are with my 175 pump that came on my truck.

ok guys, i know there are shops out there that can do a bench build on a pump and make it as powerful as i want it, thing is there are no shops local to me that i trust with my worst enemy's truck, let alone mine and i am not the kind of person to just send a pump halfway across the states to a shop that someone recommends.....

i want an off the shelf pump that has proven some numbers and can back their claims up.
