my friends 08 PSD exhaust was perfect. it kinda came out at an angle so soot wouldnt get all over the side of the truck.

Well unless you have a turn down, every exhaust is going to get soot on your truck someway. Its just something we have to live with..

As of right now mine doesn't get anything on the body but I have mine shooting straight down. I cut the turn out on the over the axle pipe and just let the exhaust go over the axle then shoot straight down to the ground.. Makes for a good smoke screen or gets an a**hole to backoff when they want to ride under your bumper

not true, depends on what stacks he has. i have the 5" bull haulers and have never onece had an issue with soot in my bed on anything i hual or on my tailgate, had stacks for 2 years never had a problem

Where did you find a true 4" downpipe and are you using the stock exhaust housing on the turbo for this, I believe it is a 12CM please correct me thanks.. I am dealing with a stock turbo and high egt's and looking for a true 4" downpipe

Dave I had the same issue. After pegging the 1500 gauge so many times the thing just broke and said it was 100 all the time Now I have a 1600 gauge and it must be broken as well cause 0 - 100mph run it will hit 1600 around the 65mph area and it wont keep going. I really want a 2000 degree gauge but im a little worried about what it might tell me....

find one that flashes "let up dingy" when it hits 1500 and "might as well keep going 1700-up

well I made the mistake of looking at it during my first pull ... it was pegged by the 150' mark. so I just unhooked it problem solved
