hmm.. well they arnt hard to install. you HAVE to make sure you get the injector bore cleaned out or youll be pulling them out again to reseal them. i would get new copper washers anyway imo. remove the lines ( KEEP clamps on them so they will be lined up with pump and injectors) what year truck you have ? i dont see a sig. i put some 215s in my old 96 that was an 180 hp truck. that actually helped out abunch. kept it real cool. i tweeked the afcalong with that.

sounds like a nice ride. well you might look into ddp they have a nice 90 horse injector. i dont have them but i have a 370 new era. i still think youll need a charger to get full benifit from them. it will run pretty warm with the stock charger on it. you might be somewhat ok with some afc tuning. if your not doing anything with it except driving it you could get by with just watching the temps but imo youll need more air. more fellas will chip in . hopefully they can help you more than me. just something to think abot

a 40 is too small imo for a low press charger you should get either an s400 with a small exhaust housing or an ht3b

If you tow anyting "heavy" and want to keep the stock charger look for some 215s or 5X10s For mild towing with a stocker and your able to keep you foot out of it some 5X12s if you want to step up to a single go with an S300 maybe a 62/6, 62/71, 64/65 or a 64/71 All of these would be a good match for 5X12s or 5X14s if your going the 62/71 or 64/71 route.

well im not sure yet but here is a question. could i swabp my turbo out for a hx40. like would it be just remove and install or would the bolt holes not even line up. cause if i can get more air by doing that ill look into some 120 horse injectors or 150s. cause i still wanna smoke alot cause im gettin stacks and there is no point to stacks if you dont smoke, so ill get big injectors so i still get the power and the smoke will belch.
