hey guys i got my 4k kit today.
how are you supposed to see inside that hole and get the springs and all the seats out of the hole when its under the fuel shut off solenoid?
you can even begin to see down there.?

you take the selnoid off and use a magnet

ok because i wasnt sure.
can you get a nice pencil magnet like a craftmen one from sears?
what about the caliper?

Don't forget to take the shutofff valve arm off but be really careful not to lose the keyway off the shaft the plug will come out with the arm on but you'll never get it back on

which is easier going through that plug hole?
or from under the fuel plate?

I got my pencil magnet and caliper from sears . Any luck with the install? Go through the plug hole.

through the plug (under shutoff selanoid) is quickest+easiest, that where there is little to no risk dropping the springs, and if you dont have a caliper count the clicks, and if that fails (which i couldnt feel the clicks when i took mine off) just throw them back in the pump [!make sure you use the new rear springs seats!] and put er back together, i first fired mine up and it revved all the way up to 2k+ at idle, so i backed off the adjuster nut a couple of time and it was trial and error and after 3 times i finally have it idling a little under what stock was, Really was worth it, its revs up alot higher quicker!
