Default home made 3000 gsk

i was wondering if anybody knew where i could get the specs on the 3000 gsk,such as spring rating,length,and diamater,and the spacer/seat?dimensions.i work in a machine shop so i can make just abouy anything.and i have acsess to all kinds of springs.probably a long shot but i thought i'd try.i could prob make and sell them for about 50-75 dollars.

There might be an easier way for you. Many people shim their stock springs with a modified washer. Its some weird size and you still have to grind it down to size. I think you might be better off making those shims in the correct size. Every pump is different, but I believe it will raise it to between 3000 and 3200 rpm. Someone who's done it can probably give more info.

do you have any idea how much they shim them?if tha tis the case,all i have to do is pull the factory one out and measure it,then add the proper amount and make a new one.

I didn't have a good experience with the standard washers but the metric version worked perfectly. Here it is - Shim your governor springs - Competition Diesel.Com - Bringing The BEST Together
