Default Gauge Kits

Since I am new to the 12V thing, can someone suggest a good set of gauges for my 1996 3500? It is stock as of now but I want to turn it up! The interior of the truck is beige if it makes a difference and I don't really care if the gauges are new or used as long as they are in good shape. Would someone look on EBAY or is there a good supplier people usually go to that has good pricing? Any information is greatly appreciated.

definelty get a boost and a pyrometer. as for actual kits, many companies sell autometers gauge kit. You can get good prices @ xtremediesel. Ebay is an option as well, thats where I got mine, saved close to $200 on my Autometer NV gauges on my 07

ya i second the glowshift gauges... i got trans temp, egt and boost and a pillar for $200 w/ free shipping. the only thing i didnt like about them was that they messed up my order and i had to wait an extra 4 days to get my gauge i was supposed to get wen it all came the first time..

with guages its like the "you get what you pay for" saying with presicion instraments i would rather pay the $300 and get the good ones than pay $200 and replace them after 2 months

Is your truck an auto? If so, I would also suggest a tranny temp gauge.

Boost, Pyro, Tranny Temp, and fuel pressure are the most important gauges, (in my opinion). I personally love Isspro gauges, very high quality, and very accurate.

whatever you do don't get the bully dog ones, I'm speaking from expierence. Depending on which series you get, the autometers are fairly inexpensive.

Isspro all the way - your get what you pay for. I learned that long ago.
