In Gear???? Because it should defuel. If your reving past 2500 with stock springs your just makeing noise and not power. Thats why you put the Govener springs in to make power past that point

Im an expert at putting the set up in now that i have done to 2 times, its slick and not hars @ all. Im putting a set in my friends truck this thursday, so if you need any help or get hung up PM me and i will help best i can

 

they are easy to do thats a fact but i havent seen any trucks around hear stock that turn 3k with stock springs and not have issues

 

You need fuel and more timing to turn much over 3K plus

 

along with valve springs and more air

 

I HAD A 3K IN MY 12VER WISH I WOULD HAVE PUT THE 4K IN

i have stock springs it will turn 3K but after 2500 it has no where near what it had around 1800. just my advise buy the 4k gsk. ( go big or go home).

yes keep it under 16* till you get head studs
