Default to much blowby

does anybody sell a kit that separates the oil coming out of my blowby tube and put it back in the engine i know the logical thing to do is rebuild but it still runs great and still pulls 40,000 70 miles an hour so i hate to retire it

Its normal for an engine to blow oil out the blowby, if you hate the dripping there are kits out there to collect the oil drippings. Its basically a box with a breather filter on the top, and the blowby runs into it. It'd be easy enough to make if you had a welder and a bit of scrap steel layin around.

Not that I know of. If you're using that much oil you have something burned up or a bad ring, or the easiest one to check, a bad Vacuum pump. If the vacuum pump is bad it'll pressurize the block. Do you have a vacuum leak somewhere? Does the heat only blow on defrost?

If its vacuum I'd be surprised, thats an awful lot of oil to go through. You could always compression test the motor and see if its indeed a bad cylinder or ring, but the keystone rings in these things shouldn't go bad.
