Default Injector Questions Again

i'm trying not to hijack the other thread about injectors so here it goes.

i have a set of 370 Marines that i bought from Pure Diesel Power (sponsors here @ DB) and they make good power but they haze at idle and aren't as efficient as i believe other injectors are. what i'm looking for is a 435 or bigger. who makes what and what is the best bang for the buck?

also would oversized injector lines help or hurt me?

here is the quick version of my truck 191's, 370's 100plate, 4kgsk, 64/71/14, htt manifold, NOS, air intake.

i'm thinking about taking the 191's out and putting in the stock DV's but i think that that isn't my problem it is the injector not spraying correctly for the piston shape and not burning efficiently. i can bury my pyro now if i want to or i can keep it at 1250 or so.... 52psi and it still hazes, had it at 40psi but it would never clear the smoke or cool anything down as egts were almost un-controllable. 100 plate is in the stock location.

so what i want to do is try a larger injector before removing the DV's and see if i can live with the smoke if i can make a ton more power... i only made 358HP 727TQ with the above setup..... i'm shootin for 450-500HP for a DD/WW

i'm waiting to hear from the sponsors here on what they can get me.

my thing is that i'm wanting to find out what you guys have ran that are good and clean and efficient. i'd like to know what setups others have that works and what power they make with them.

Contact JBarker of Holland Court Diesel. Hes a sponsor on here and he will hook ya up. Im running some from Coaltrain and i love them they are a Big injector that dont haze at idle once the truck is warmed up and they make alot more power than the 370's i used to have.

havent been on the dyno since i swapped injectors but i can feel a big difference. When i dynoed with this setup minus these injectors i put down 331/938. I still have stock dv's and a stock charger. my current problem is im drawing my FP way down. which is a problem im currently workin on. my truck will go on the dyno as soon as i get my Laser cuts and new charger on.

Sorry i couldnt be more helpful with actual numbers.

i just re read your first pst and the bigger lines might help a bit but not a whole lot at those levels your lookin for. and ive heard from lots of people that the bigger line wont ever seal. they always leak.

Learn anything here Ben?

370's definitely arent the best option. I know a couple of guys running the DDP 3's and 4's and they are real happy with them. But, the 4's arent cheap.

Who was it that said turning up a 12V is cheap?
