Default 12 valve build. Need some direction???

Alright fellas. I just bought a 1997 dodge 2500 12 valve. The guy i bought it from fire ringed the heads. Ported, polished, studded, T3 exhaust manifold, silver bullet 66mm turbo. Heres the kicker, no injector pump and no injectors.

Here's what i already own parts wise. 175hp p7100, afc mods only (about 2 years old). Brand new set of 191 delivery valves (not installed). 4gsk (not installed). 7x0.010 145* 100hp injectors brand new (not installed). New hx35 with wicked wheel and stock exhaust manifold.

I want to build the truck be somewhat a daily but also be able to pull and compete. Now with the parts i have readily available. What can i do and potential gains.

you might beable to make 600 ish horse depending how good at tuning you are. id get the timing to 21 ish and start there. the injectors are a bit small for that but can push them and see what you get.
