Default Fuel leak

I have a fuel leak from the front of my truck, noticed when I pulled it off the lift yesterday a couple foot long solid trail then today pulling into a parking spot and noticed just a little from when I started to pull in. just dribbles today it seemed to be dripping down on the cross member to the drag link I looked around and the p7100 seems dry on top but just damp at the timing cover.. only thing I did was tinkered with the fuel plate and fuel adjustment screw a week ago. Noticed it yesterday any ideas?
