you could go with a tighter s400 turbine set up to spool faster

for 700HP I would skip the s480 and go for a friendlier 62mm s475/87 1.25
or dial it down to 650HP and do an even quicker spooling super B s475/83/1.25

I run a 62/65/.70 over a 80/88/1.10. It's a compromise between a 62/75 and a 63/80. Spools pretty quick, but not as quick as a 62/75. But spooling depends a lot on the timing. At 17/18 it drives very well. The Sreamin Eagle would give you more top end, but not spool as well.

No need to go to a 63/68/14 for your secondary for that power level. You can go with 63/68/.85 I hear that is a fun turbo but you will need an external wastegate.

For the street it is nice to have good spool up, I would go with 62/65/12 like Drothgeb has.

62 over a 475 will get you there and be very street able ..(more friendly then a 63 over a 480- thats a sweet combo though)
And you could daily it no problem .. Drive conservatively ...
Is your pump maxed and balanced , also who's and what size injectors are you running .

Yea I think im going to go with the 62 and 475 for spool up but with 650 to 700hp is it possible to maintain a drive behind something with that much torq and is o ring in the head with studs enough for this set up

I would go sxd 5x18 and have the pumped benched I'm just worried about having something with that much hp having it break all the time Motor has 230 on the clock to so idk if that is to worn out for that much hp i have pretty much replaced everything all the truck already except for motor I almost got a new truck

I wouldn't really worry about the mileage that much. If the motors healthy it's not a problem , studs and o rings should be fine ...5x18's are on the big side IMO I would go smaller like a 14 or 16 and with the maxed pump ,let it do the work
As far as drive , I'm not sure what you mean like drive pressure ?
