Default I Can't Decide

Should I bump the timing to 15.5* or 16 *. What do you guys think? Also should I go with 3K GSK or a 4K I don’t plan on revving it past 3400K. Its an auto anyway. My only issues are what if im pulling and something breaks and lets the engine free rev.

3K will get you somewhere around 3300. You could add a couple clicks if you really wanted to get some more revs out of her.

I think you'll be fine with 16*; probably get by with 16.5*. Head gaskets are funny critters. Some people live many miles on 18* stock timing while others blow at 15*.
