need help with rpm sensor
I installed a fluidamper on my truck. I wired the extended plugwith but connectors instead of the connector that was provided.got it in the truck and gapped the sensor, it didnt work. The bolt actually sas loose and the sensor rubbed the dampr. Didnt do anything to the sensor but striped the damper. No scratches that you can feel just a stripe where the paint was rubbed. I bought a new sensor anyway, put it together and gapped it to .050. And still didnt work.traced wires back to fire wall and no breaks in the wire. Im at a loss and dont know what else to do. Anyone have this happen to them??

I didnt really know how to use the 3m connectors that it came with so i used regular but-connectors. Tech support at fluidampr sounded just as puzzled as i am, they suggested trying the old sensor again...pretty much ready to burn this thing down
