Turbo Size?

Turbo Size?
Ok heres the deal. the one guy i work with has buddies at his old job which was a big rig mechanic. I asked him if he could hook me up with a "large" turbo and he said he could, but up there they dont go by size of turbo they would have to go and take one off of a motor.
so what i am asking is what motor would have the correct size turbo to be beneficial in a twin turbo setup as a bottom turbo under a phat shaft 62 on my truck and a phat shaft 66 on my dads truck?
Maybe size of turbo or part number may work. Not sure what size would work, i know there are alot of different combos out there for twins. I am not to concerned about spool-up, just temperature control with nice boost pressures. i dont mind the black smoke. Both these trucks are daily drivers but we like to have fun on dynos and drag racing so all out performance is a must.
Thanks
Cody

Thats a pretty big twin set for a 12v with a little pump. Do you know what you want? A s400 would probably be a good choice or a big brother. I dont know what part # those are. If you know what you want like a HX 60 or ht3b or S400 look at the link. It will tell you what year and model/brand or rig the turbo will come on plus it gives the part numbers.. I think S400s are off big Volvos. You'll just need to search through the catalog..

Cody...
A open throat HX60 would work well with your 62 and make the set quick to spool.
Your Dad's truck with the 66mm would need to step down on top somewhat or you would end up with a lag pig. With the 66mm once it did light it would fly but getting it to that point would kill it on the street. With how much fuel he has a 62/64mm up top with a S400 or S480 below would work well. When we were beating on Jetpilots old black 01.5 truck it had a PDR HX40 up top with a HT3B below it to make all its big runs.
