Default Hp guesses?

Sooo I have one of those questions. Here is my deal- I live far from a dyno and track so bear with me on the guesses. I've been searching online for similar combos that have been dyno'd and track times. Of coarse my afc tuning could probably be better but what do you think the potential of my setup could be? My current mods are in my signature. I have the rack plug on my work bench waiting to be installed as well as some contagious diesel stock style 215 injectors.

Remove fuel plate -#100
215 pump injectors- from contagious diesel
Rack plug
Ofv spring mod- I'm seeing 35Psi at idle and 20 at wot
16.5 timing
Maxxed barrels
.026 dv's - hopefully the post man drops them off in a week or so
Afc modded- washers swapped, foot ground, tuned for a balance between quick spooling and egts.
4kgsk and valve springs
Budget 3" straight pipe
Wastegate adjusted for 35psi ( that's right now with the plate installed and stock injectors and dv's)
Wh1c- drilled divider.

Do you guys think I'll be over 350 hp? Do you think 400 is possible? I'm currently saving for a single billet disk and either a dtt shift kit or a valve body.

I would say 325hp up to 350 depending on what nozzle Lee used on your injectors but with a 5X0.010 your going to be hard pressed to get past that point.

Thanks for the replies. I was going to pick up some 5x0.012s but I found a deal on the 215s I bought. As far as I know theyre stock just rebuilt. I got them for 220.00 shipped to AK though and my stock 160s are in rough shape. Well I need to address the Tc/vb before I make any hp increase anyways. Thanks again guys.

Since your barrels are racked you may get over 350hp with a bigger turbo, but probably not with your current turbo.

The 94 and 95s don't have geat seals in the transmission, sometimes a shift kit will blow them out. If you do a converter, it's definitely worth upgrading the trans while it's out,

I'll be picking up a billet single with the steel piston and Torrington bearings. 575.00 with 100.00 core from a local builder. He warranties them for 1 year. If I burn it up hopefully it happens in less than a year.

Servo lip seals, so you got to go inside. You can increase the line pressure a little, but too much and they blow out. Since you're already going to have the trans out, I'd spend as much as you can upgrading it. Much over 400hp, and the stock flexpate is an issue too.

Like you said...... money pit!

Yes money pit and the viscous circle of upgrades. Trying to draw the line at a potential 13 second 1/4 performer. Still want a dd I can start and drive in sub zero temps. I rarely tow with it though.
