Are u sure he got it for the right year?

We put one on a good friends truck, and on the dyno, it laid down less hp on high then what it did with stock tuning. Driving it he said he could feel a lil power difference and smoked alot.

His doesn't smoke any more than it usually does. And I know I selected the right year cause I went back and checked a couple times. I called a local dealer and he talked like Bullydog has really went downhill lately with their new tuners. All the power that it does give is low end and very spotty

I'd say something not correct. Before I got my Triple Dog in 05 I had one of those 3 day BD trials from the performance shop. I think they only gave me the 40hp tune but you could knew it was there. Then after 3 days it felt like I was running on 3 cylinders after it was gone.

Recently I was running the Crazy Larry with the Low End setting and Torque Management off tune. I never really got on it but it made my turbo spool like crazy.

That setting had a ton of power and it was unmistakeable, I think if I did get on it, it would have left my tranny in the rear view mirror.
