Looks like a sweet lookin ride! If I was you i go to like nada guides(seems a little bit more accurate then kbb in my opinion) see what they say its worth. Like my 06 dodge ram 2500 laramie qc short box with 114k miles i paid 19k just needed some tlc and it has a 3 inch lift and b&w turnover gooseneck. And when I used nada guides they were saying its a 27k truck. And up by fargo n.dak cause of the oil fields you pay top dollar for a diesel. but i also got mine from a private party. Id make him an offer one more time. And then maybe look around some. and keep tryin to work with the guy. Its a nice lookin truck but that would be the second most expensive 05 I've heard of this far haha. The most expensive 05 ive seen was in fargo nd and was a slt 2500 for 31,000
