Default PLEASE HELP

Hello I have a 2004 dodge cummins 2500. I have a serious problem. Let's start off with the trouble codes that are coming up. P0438 P0148 P0193. The truck started acting up last week when I was driving down the high way and I went to accelerate and the truck tacked out at about 4000 rpm and would not come down. Had to pop it into neutral and shut it off. Then later that day it would spit and sputter badly when takeing off. Got to the point where it would not run that night. Let it sit over night drove fine for a few hours then it did the same thing in the afternoon but worse would not run at all had to get it towed twice. Please help. I changed fuel filter. No better. Any more info just ask.

What is your lift pump pressure? What is your rail pressure? Lift pump should be 12 to 15lbs.
Rail pressure should be 7,000lbs at idle to 24,000lbs at WOT. I would guess...just guessing that you have a bad FCA or lift pump.
