bought an 06 and drove it 142 miles and motor started smoking,and rough idle.developed blow by and is actually already a reman.truck has 140,000 miles .I am doing an in-frame and having injectors tested.what are my options for upgrades to prevent the 06 gremlins.truck is stock with 4'' straight pipe.my 02 went 270,000 with0 blow-by or mech issues....damn i miss that truck!no gauges,but plan on installing tuner with display,mainly for the "heads up"functions.any recomendations?
