Will 04 ranchhand fit 06

I got a 06 and have a friend with a 04 with a ranch hand for sale will it fit. I can cut the light part if thats all but if it's more idk.

Same truck, only difference should be the cover that goes under the lights. If you have a welder and some diamond plate and some paint then you can make it work.
