My step dad is really impressed with my truck and now he is looking for one of his own... i have got him convinced to stay away from trucks with factory emmision controls( I.E. DPF CAT and EGR systems) i think we have it nailed down to 03-05 cummins, but does the 06 have any of this at all? i know the 07 does. please help me with this.

 

No.After 07 they changed to all sensors and filters

 

the later trucks with the dpf deleted are good trucks. the dpf trucks started in 07.5. the early 07s were 5.9
