Ok i have a 2005 5.9 cummins with a 148,100 miles on it and now its starting to get cold it won't start with out being plugged in. and this morning it gave me a harder time starting being plugged in. i've had the truck for almost 3 yrs now and this will be the 3rd winter. So ya please help any 1 help on this

 

is the intake heater working? can you hear the relays cycling?

 

yes it sounds like it. its hard to tell with the aigdog pump doing its thing.
