Hard to tell without actually seeing the truck... Any pics of the suspension setup? These trucks are very reliable. Only issuses I had with mine is a water pump, one set or pads, 1 set of wheel bearings and a new drag link with outer tie rod ends. As for posting pics, when you typing a reply go to advanced mode and click attachments and load them directly from your pc or make an account on photobucket and copy the image links from there.

Are there coil spacers in the front of the truck, or is it all spring?

to clear 35's all you "need" is a leveling kit. So since it's a spring lift it's probably 3" or taller.

if the rear lift is just blocks (which is pretty common) you can measure the block. If it doesn't have the "dirty white boy rake" and it's pretty level.. if you find you have a 2" block you probably have a 4" lift. 4" block = 6" lift. 2-3" leveling springs generally don't get a block at all.

If it has stock control arms it's not likely more than a 3" lift.

An aftermarket lower with stock upper, not likely more than 4"

More than 4" lift with short arms = horrible ride. Upgrade to a long arm kit. (preferably mine (sfsindustries))
