Ok New bbbb here... I Have a 04.5 Dodge 5.9 had a hypertech instaled then took it out not enough for me.... so running stock right now :{

So my truck is surging only at a steady throttle presure .. Fuel millage good 18-19 do not feel it real bad with cruise on but feel it perty good with just foot pressure ????

Now it is starting to do this cold used to be only a little when at full temp but starting to notice it at colder temps.

No rough idle ... And no surge with my foot to floor just when holding a cruise speed 60-65

I seen similar post on here but no matches and no finall fixes

Do you have a rail pressure gauge? I would suspect something is affecting rail pressure...sometimes the FCA.
