02' Front & rear Diffs in a 05' ?

Hi folks, Im thinking of buying a friend of mines 05' CTD this weekend.
I have owned two Gen2's sinse 02' & love these trucks !

A quick question for you guys.

1: Will my Dana 70 rear & 60 front from my wrecked 02' bolt into the 3rd Gen ?
Reason I ask is 410's in the 02' Diffs & 373 in the 05.
Also I have less miles & Mag Hi Tech covers on both of them also.
Plus I feel the 60 is stronger than the 9.5 too.

New to this 3rd Gen stuff !
