Change your Fuel filter and see if it goes back up.

Ummmm....am I the only one who actually read that he said he had 34-38 PSI and now it's only 26 PSI? You must have something hooked up wrong. Your stock pump in the tank is only good for 9 PSI on a good day and under WOT maybe 3-4 and with a fueling module or programmer 0 at WOT. So, you could call Quad and see what's going on but if I were to bet you have the rail fuel pressure plugged into the lift pump fuel pressure on the Quad or vice versa or just not wired properly at all. If you have a Walbro or other high performance pump on there with no regulator and really do have that kind of supply pressure then I want to know about your system because it could be a breakthrough in the diesel world.

Ya......26psi is still way to high

what ya got for fuel delivery system there to get those kinna pressures

if the truck falls on its face then yer starvin it for fuel in the delivery system

OR yer PSV is popping off and starvin the injectors

Where is the sending unit located that runs your Fuel pressure. Is it on the CP3 injection pump or on the fuel rail? If it is on the CP3 injection pump, which line, the upper one or lower one? Just trying to verify the install here. That will tell us where you are tapping into.
