Default Loping and worse milage

My truck sounds like theres a cam in it and my milage sucks. Could this have anything to do with my injectors?

Hanging is normal the lope is not! How many miles on the injectors? Only way to tell is pull them and send them out for testing! Does it do this when cold or always?

sounds like you got an injector sticking and getting ready to take a crap. most likely 5 or 6. thats usually the ones that go out the most. you can have some one with a good scanner read the injector pulse width and tell you which one is bad. or out od sync with the others

Your injectors may not be in the best shape, but that's probably not the problem or at least your only problem. I would first look at the fuel rail pressure relief valve.

The fuel rail is between the engine and the fuel filter. The PRV is on top of the fuel rail the second fitting from the front. Loosen the return line on top and then unscrew the PRV, make sure to crack the line first b/c the fuel is under high pressure.
