well he installed new cp3 all kinds of sensors through out at idle now its running 12k rail psi i know thats way high and now its throwing injector codes hes going to change the injectors here pretty quick but it still does the same things anymore ideas

noone has any more wild gueses ? just burn it collect insurance start over ??

I have an 2004 that is doing the same thing at operating temp it looses rail psi. Did you ever find a Fix for it.

It's gonna suck hearing, but it's possible the ECM is dead.

Any developments? I have one right now that we put new injectors in and it will die after coming up to temperature, rail pressure starts out at 4800 then falls to below 2800 and it dies... Fuel bowl? Really?

For us it was the injector tube nuts not being torqued down to 44 foot pounds. Basically, tighten them until you think they are tight, then give them five more full turns until they bottom out. Torque wrench and a crows foot worked well for this. For your case, I would have suspected bad injectors. As a professional mechanic I would not recommend replacing a $1200 pump because someone "suspects" it is the problem. There are ways to diagnose and verify fixes on these trucks, like on most other cars.
