That's fine the main thing to keep in mind is that most programmers increase fuel rail pressure to increase fuel atomization in the cylinder which in turn increases fuel mileage, power, and throttle response. I think the stock Dodge fuel rail pressure at WOT is 23,000psi, most programmers start out at 23,500psi and can go up to over 30,000 psi. So if a pressure relief valve is set for 23,000 psi and you're running a programmer that is at 25,000 psi you're going to run into a problem at some point. Like I said though this will often come with a dramatic reduction in fuel mileage because fuel is never getting to the cylinder.
