vacuum pump?

Does an 03 have a vacuum pump and if not how is the a/c controlled? i've been wondering this so i know how to do my vacuum pump and powersteering pump when i do my 12v. thank you for any help

I think the blend doors for the hvac are electric and the brakes are hydroboost. I don't think the 3rd gens have a vacuum pump but I could be wrong.

The 03's and early 04's have a vacuum pump that is used for the cruise control.
The pump is located on the passenger side in the rear corner behind the battery.

There is a elect. plug on the side of it.
When you first turn the key on it will run for a few seconds to fill the line up.
If you have no vacuum leaks it will shut off and then cycle as needed.

i'll have to look at a schematic for it. I'm wondering if it is also ran off of my ecu. I shouldn't have a problem with a cruise operating then when I put my 12v in then
