i want to get some 315 r75 -17s ( they will be 35s)for my 03 cummins has a levelin kit on it now will they rub?

a little only on the control arms... my dads truck is a stock megacab with 35's,
no leveling kit, and only rubs on the control arms at full lock

my 03 has 315s and they only rubbed a lil bit.

Depends on the offset of the wheel. At full turn, when you compress the suspension, they'll rub a little- just enough to polish the control arms a bit...
