Default Where is the ac orfices

The ac quit blowing cold on my 06 and every gauge set I hook up shows the low side having 100+psi. And I'm kinda thinking somewhere something is plugged up

The orfice on my 2nd gen is in the condenser where one of the lines hook on, not sure if 3rd gen is the same. Look for a dimple on the condenser tube, that holds the orfice in place.

on my 05 its in a/c line thats runs from drier to condensor and runs behind battery on r/s. you will see a dimple in line which retains orifice tube, will need to replace line if that is your
problem not serviced seperately.

The winner is deerslayer!! Be sure to have a good air flow when doing these trucks at idle and in traffic the condensor doesn't get enough air flow and will blow out the pressure relief. I installed a pusher fan in front and haven't had an issue since!

You can see the compressor turning. 100 on the high side is low. low side pegged may be the valve is open between the high and low side. If the compressor is turning then you have a blockage! Replace the line with the orifice and the dryer. If the compressor is not turning see if you can pull a vacuum. There is a pressure relief valve on the back of the compressor that may have blown out. Or the compressor is seized "Most Likely"
Keep the info coming!

Could the compressor be a result of a tipm messing up this truck has had various electrical oddities flair up now and then since I bought it

The dealer is the only one that can test that. If you already did the simple stuff that would be the next step.
