Well guys, what do I do? Two trucks, almost identical, one is a 2004 and 1 is a 2005. The 2004 has 105000 miles, and the 2005 has 76000 miles with the remaining factory warranty till May of 2012. Which would be the best buy in your opinion? They are asking the same price as well, but the 2004 has an aftermarket bumper, lifted 6 inches, fender flares, and an upgraded stereo. The 2005 is all stock.

I personally like stock trucks that way I can do the mods I like. But it's hard to tell what's the better buy without seeing them. Stock trucks get beat hard or are treated like cars same way with modified trucks. Could be babied or ran hard

If the modded truck has what your gonna do anyway that would save you alot of money! But if your going in another direction then the stock one for sure!!

I would buy the one that is in better condition and drives the best.

I'd look at the one that drives better, but I also have a feeling that it would also be the stock truck.

My only concern about the '05 would be the plastic capped intercooler ..... on the modded '04, it would be more like "where do I start" if there's a problem.

I'm gonna put my vote for the 2005. Less miles, warranty, a year newer, and you can build it how you want with the bragging rights of saying you did so.
