The truck has been sitting since the start of November. Is there a way to crank the engine to provide oil pressure with out just starting it right up? (like disconnecting the fuel supply some how.)

If so, would this be necessary?

 

No you'll be fine just make sure the battery connections are clean and it's fully charged!
