I have a 03 CTD 5.9L. The truck will not start hot or cold even when plugged in. The only way truck will start is with ether which I know is really bad but had to drive it. Runs great when started and also keeps blowing fuel heater fuse. Any Ideas what to check already tried fuel filter.

 

How fast does it crank over? What are the condition of the battery(s)?

 

Batteries are both good and cranks fast and strong.

 

check and c if ur alternator is plugged in to charge everything or starter wires to c if they r grounding out
