transmission fluid in the fuel?

i have always herd that u can put trans fluid in the tank and it will help clean the fuel system. is that true?

Do your research before you try a additive. ATF blends have changed over the years but the stories stay the same. These CRs aren't a like the mechanical CAT and CUMMINS motors of the past.

Back in the early 80's they dint have all these cleaner and we all used trans fluid in the new fuel filter change and the helped to clean some injectors.
