rear main leak

Default rear main leak

I have an 2004 with the cummins 600 in it and my rear main seal is leaking. I havent called the dealer yet but should this be covered under warranty, the front pinion seal is starting to leak also but I dont imagine theyll cover that. Thanks for the info

If your under 100k YES!! Wow lucky you if it is! Sure it's not the valve cover?

Isn't there a 5 year limit on the 100,000 mile warranty

I wouldn't believe it would be covered like haulitrite said there is a time frame to the warranty. Never changed a 3rd gen one, but mine was not hard just takes time and the right tools.

im gonna call the dealer tommorow and see what they say. Thanks for the responses though
