I have a Howards Turbo Timer on mine and love it. I just press the button and pull the keys. It was very easy to install with the provided directions.

Most of the newer alarm/remote start systems have them built in. I use the Viper 791XV and has the turbo timer programmed for 5 minutes.

The Edge Juice/Attitude has one built in. It was a great selling point to help convince the boss to let me get one.
It works very well, I can set it by time or by EGT. I have mine set to 300 degrees post turbo. Just shut the truck off without touching the brake and get out and lock the doors. When it cools down, it shuts off.
